C Level

• Beginner level in skating and/or playing hockey
• Requires constant prompting
• Rarely pursues the puck
• Buzzer system used for games
• Learn to skate program (walkers may be used to assist on the ice)
• More than one on-ice coach may be necessary
• Size, skill, and safety of the players taken into consideration
